Summary Details
The City of Vancouver requests from suitably capable and otherwise qualified businesses, written proposals to supply temporary fencing and accessories rentals to the City and all its related organizations as they may request from time to time and to provide related support services as necessary for such rentals (collectively, “Fencing Services”), all in accordance with the requirements set out in the Buyer Attachment Scope of Work document. Interested Proponents are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFP.
The term of the Agreement is expected to be a three-year period, with two possible three-year extensions, for a maximum total term of nine years. The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
