The Bulloch Cnty BOC is cndctng a 2 phs prcrmnt for architectural dsgn prof svcs for its BC New Jail Addtn Proj. In Phs I, the Cnty is solctng SOQs frm frms intrstd in prvdng the svcs. The RFQ seks to id ptntal qlfd prvdrs of the abv-mntnd svcs. Some frms that respd to the RFQ may be demd elgble & may be invtd to intrvw & offr prpsls for the svcs in Phse II of the prcrmnt prsnt to an RFP. Ea firm rspndng to the RFQ is subj to instrctns cmmnctd in the doc & is cautnd to cmpltly rvw the entr RFQ & fllw instrctns crflly. The Cnty rsrvs the rght to rej any or all Resps or Prpsls, & to wve tchnclts & infrmltes at its dscrtn. The wrttn RFQ docs sprsd any vrbl or wrttn prior cmmnatns b/t the prtes. Qstns must be rcvd by 12/1/25, by 2:00 PM EST. Resps will be issd 12/3/25, by 5:00 PM EST. Intrstd frms shll sbmt 1 orig & 5 cpes of the cmplt resp pkg to Kristie King, CFO at 115 N Main St, S¿boro GA 30458. The entire resp shall not excd 50 pgs, incldng xhibts, affdvts or othr encl info that may be incldd in an appndx. All pgs count regrdlss of cntnt.
