NOTICE OF APPLICATION

ELECTRONIC MESSAGE BOARD RFQ

REQUESTS FOR QUOTE (RFQ) for the project above will be received at the Winchendon Town Hall located at 109 Front St 4 ^th Floor, Winchendon, Ma 01475 until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday September 2, 2026  at which time they will be publicly opened and read. No late bids accepted.

Obtaining Bid Packages: Specifications, general instructions, and Bid Forms must be obtained at the Winchendon Town Hall 109 Front St, Winchendon, Ma 01475 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday or by emailing

Bids signed with the name and address of the bidder should be submitted in sealed envelopes that are plainly marked in the lower left hand corner of the envelope “RFQ FOR ELECTRONIC MESSAGE BOARD”

The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in the

bidding procedures, or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Winchendon.
