Ocala Armory Site Improvements
Elkins Construction LLC (CGC1523777) has contracted with the State of Florida Department of Military Affairs as Construction Manager on the new Ocala Armory Site Improvements project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade packages: 01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, 02 SITE CONSTRUCTION, 31 EARTHWORK, 32 EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS, 33 UTILITIESPrior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Elkins Construction subcontract agreement, schedule, and complete subcontractors pre-qualification (SCORE).
