NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is requesting sealed bids for the following project: BID NUMBER: 2026- 049JACKIE GLEASON PARK - BASKETBALL COURT SHADED COVERING
The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed Bids until 3:45 P.M. EST, September 10, 2026, through IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Bids submitted after 3:45 P.M. will not be considered.
The purpose of this solicitation is to seek qualified general contractors to provide an exterior basketball court (43ft x 107ft) shaded fabric covering at the Jackie Gleason Park, located at 7260 NW 52 nd Street Lauderhill, FL, 33319. All work shall be completed in a professional manner and must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and in accordance with the Scope of Work.
The full Scope of Work will be available beginning August 19, 2026, via IonWave at the link provided above. Vendors obtaining solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be issued and distributed through IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. Questions regarding this BID must be submitted through the IonWave Question Tab. The deadline for submitting questions is ten (10) days prior to the Bid due date. Questions received after this deadline will not be answered. All bidders must register online at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ A non-mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for August 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Lauderhill, FL 33313 which may be immediately followed by a site visit. |
