RE-BID ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS:
BID DATE CHANGE: Turner Construction Company requests sealed re-bids from prequalified
construction trade and specialty contractors for Early Release bid packages on the RCCC TEC (AMB &
CCP) project in Salisbury, NC, as follows: 05a (Structural Steel & Misc. Metals); 23c (Geothermal)
Re-Bids Due: On or before Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
23a (HVAC Equipment) – This bid package will be abandoned. It will be combined into the complete 23b
(HVAC) package. A separate Invitation to Bid will be issued, with bids due on 1/20/2026.
Delivery: Sealed bids must be delivered to the bid box at Turner Construction Company, 4135 S. Stream
Blvd., Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28217. Following receipt, bids will be opened and publicly read. The
opening will be accessible to all interested parties via video conference. The state reserves the
unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
Prequalification is required. To prequalify or ask questions, contact Luke Crawford,
