Mandatory Site Visit Date and Time:    July 24, 2025 @ 1:00 pm PT
Secondary Site Visit Date and Time:    July 29, 2025 @ 1:00 pm PT
Deadline for Questions:    August 01, 2025 @ 10:00 am PT.
Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda:    August 06, 2025
Submission Deadline:    August 13, 2025 @ 2:00 pm PT
The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing at any time.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: July 24, 2025
Time: 1:00 pm PT
Location of Site Meeting: Spruce Grove Apartments, 96 Stuart Drive, Mackenzie, B.C.

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.

Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Brief Description of Work
The work includes but not limited to domestic hot water heaters and furnaces replacement and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings.
•    This project requires a substantial completion date no later than March 1st, 2026.
•    Mechanical trades/subcontractors must be registered with CleanBC Better Homes Energy Savings Program.

This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain all the Tender documents including any Addenda issued by BC Housing by checking BC Bid on a regular basis.
