Snook Haven Park Concession Services

Invitation To Negotiate

Sarasota County is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested local, regional or national food services operators/chains to provide concession services within the park to include food, beverage, entertainment, and/or recreational activities such as eco-tourism recreational tours and excursions.

The contract term is subject to negotiation; however, similar concession contracts typically have an initial contract term of five (5) years, with an option for renewal.

The current concession facility within Snook Haven Park is at the end of life. The County has planned a capital improvement project (CIP) that includes a new ADA-compliant food service facility, a new large, accessible pavilion with covered seating, an ADA-compliant viewing area near the new bandshell, a new fishing pier and associated ADA compliant parking, new site amenities, site connectivity and site-specific themed furnishings.
