Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for providing services for Removal of Biomedical Waste (collection and disposal services), Reusable Sharp Container Program and Supply of Containers for 3sHealth’s Service Recipients. Services covers the supply of containers to collect waste as well as the transport, process and disposal of Biomedical Waste. Biomedical Waste is defined for this RFP as Human Anatomical Waste, Animal Anatomical Waste, Microbiology Laboratory Waste, Human Blood and Body Fluid Waste, Sharps Waste, Pharmaceutical Waste, Cytotoxic Waste and Infectious Waste etc..
This Request for Proposal does not include Hazardous Chemical Waste.
