Providence Health Care (PHC), the “Owner,” intends to negotiate a contract with Edge GeoEngineering Ltd. for continued geotechnical consulting services for the Clinical Support & Research Centre (CSRC) Project.
The maximum value of this contract for these services, including construction administration and field reviews, will be $335,300 plus tax. The Owner has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for this phase of work for the following reasons:
