Description
Invest Atlanta (¿IA¿) and the Urban Residential Finance Authority (URFA) of the City of Atlanta is soliciting competitive, sealed responses from interested and qualified Attorneys or law firms to provide heirs property prevention and resolution services (further described in the Section III Scope of Services). The intent and purpose of this request for qualifications is to identify a pool of Attorneys or law firms that specialize in estate planning and title resolution. The selected attorneys will provide estate planning and title resolution services to qualified residents, aiming to stabilize communities, preserve intergenerational wealth, and prevent the loss of property due to complex ownership issues.
