RIARNG Lodging BPA for IDT / Drill Weekends

INITIAL POSTING: The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) requires standard lodging facilities and standard lodging facility services for Army Guard personnel to support inactive duty training (IDT) sessions estimated to take place on a monthly basis in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1) and Ordering Instructions (Attachment 2). The guards mission requires soldiers residing over 50 miles from the unit location to have a room near the duty location to avoid fatigue and mitigate the chance of members getting into accidents commuting to and from the duty location. The duty locations are anticipated to be East Greenwich, RI, Warwick, RI, Providence, RI, and Middletown, RI. This requirement is for a BPA for lodging within the state of Rhode Island in support of RIARNG IDT.

A blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing “charge accounts’’. The RIARNG intends to award multiple firm fixed, pre-priced BPAs for this requirement.

AMENDMENT 0001 is hereby posted to provide answers to questions submitted in response to this solicitation. Please see the attached Q&A document for details. The Combined Synopsis Solictation attachment is also updated to reflect any changes to the requirements as a result of the Q&As (see red font for changes).
