Hidden Valley Pump Station Renovation

The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.

Project Scope: The work (Project) includes fu rnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Boca Raton Hidden Valley, Pump Station. The upgrades include modifications and enhancements to the building’s architecture, structural strengthening, modifications to the existing process mechanical system, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment inside the building. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The work is located at the Hidden Valley Pump Station at 8000 North Dixie Highway, Boca Raton, Florida 33487. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work, as necessary.

The estimated budget for this bid is $7,230,000.
