Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 thru 143-64.34, Letters of Interest and
Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services will be received by the City of Asheville Capital
Management Department at 70 Court Plaza, Asheville NC 28801, until 4:00pm on January 23, 2026 for
the following:
Description of Work:
The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the structural integrity, functionality, environmental
compliance, and operational efficiency of the existing salt storage barn. The assessment will identify
deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and provide guidance for short- and long-term
maintenance or replacement planning. The accessibility to this building will be determined by the winter
weather conditions. Must have a ONE HOUR response time to location.
