The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Federal Trade Commission has a need for the services of a qualified contractor to provide
logistics and facilities support services including garage management with a parking attendant,
office supplies inventory management, and asset lifecycle management in accordance with GSA,
OSHA, FTC, and OCASO policies for property and space management procedures and guidelines.
There is also a need for a qualified contractor to analyze FTC’s current lifecycle asset management
plan to include:

Responses to questions have been posted in an Excel spreadsheet.
A site visit is planned for September 1, 2026. The site visit will begin at the HQ Visitor entrance (600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580) at 9:00 AM and conclude at GAO at 11:00 AM.
If participating in the site visit, please provide up to two names of the individual(s) attending no later than Thursday August 27, 2026 11:00 AM to Kcrawford1@ftc.gov and mwoolstenhulme@ftc.gov
Parking will not be provided but is available in nearby public garages.
