This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** 24036AMLBAML PROJECT AML RECLAMATION PROJECT PERRY COUNTY PROJECT DESCRIPTION: These projects are located in Perry County near the community of Avawam KY, To reach the sites from Hal Rogers Parkway Exit 56, at the end of exit ramp turn onto KY Hwy 451, travel 0.04 miles to Hwy 80 turn left onto Hwy 80, travel West on Hwy 80 for 3.60 miles to Bufus Field Fork Road turn left onto Bufus Field Fork Road travel 0.18 miles to driveway on the left of Road slide is behind the residence. WESTERFIELD SITE : LATITUDE:37.22183 LONGITUDE:-83.27375 The Site will consist of the removal of slide material (mud) behind and against residence. The removal and replace of existing porch to access behind the house. The construction of 1 each Temporary Low Water Crossing to access temporary waste area. Mobilization is setup to provide for construction equipment to be delivered to the site. Structure Removal/Replacement is setup to address these features that may require location/replacement to facilitate normal reclamation activities. Site Prep is included, at both the sites and waste area to prep the areas for reclamation and material storage. Revegetation is included for all reveg efforts within the site and waste area. Roadway Stone is included to provide for access during normal reclamation. Waste Area: Material with be wasted on Temporary Waste area on Site. Permanent disposition to be determined. Any permits will be obtained prior to construction. No trees 3 diameter or more at breast height will be disturbed, no cave-like structures will be closed, and no cliff-lines will be disturbed.
