Summary Details
Vancouver Island Health seeks to implement a telematics solution for its fleet to improve operational efficiency, safety, cost management, and reporting. Our fleet comprises 306 vehicles (Appendix A), comprised of mix fuel types, with more than 85% being gas and diesel-powered. All vehicles are spread out across more than 50 locations throughout the island, with 50% of the vehicles concentrated at just 7 sites. The proposed system should provide real-time data on vehicle location, usage, driver behavior, and maintenance needs. The solution should integrate seamlessly with existing fleet management processes.
