Project Description: Tohopekaliga Water Authority (“Toho”), an independent special district established pursuant to Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by special act of the Florida Legislature, hereby issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) from qualified construction firms with the experience to construct a water main project (the “Project”). For more information about the Project, please review Divisions 0, 1, 2, 3, 15 & 16 of the Bidding Documents and any attachments thereto.
