Renovations to the Evidence Storage Facility (phase 2) located at 1590 Reed Road, Hopewell Township NJ, for the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office

The County of Mercer requests bids for renovations to the evidence storage facility (phase 2) located at 1590 Reed Road, Hopewell Township NJ, for the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.  The project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Pre-Bid Site Visit: August 20, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.

Location: 1590 Reed Road, Hopewell Township, NJ,  The site visit is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended.

Deadline for All Questions: August 24, 2026, at 4:00 P.M.

Submit all questions by email to imaldonado@mercercounty.org or through the BidNet Direct Portal no later than 4:00 P.M. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be considered and shall have no bearing on the project.
