Commodity/Service Being Requested: Men’s and Women’s Shower Room Renovation

Type of Solicitation: Request for Proposals - It is the intention of Jackson County to bid and award a Master Agreement to a contractor capable of renovating the men’s and women’s trackside shower rooms at James J. Keeley County Park in Jackson, Michigan.

Type of Resulting Contract: Jackson County will use the results of this process to award a contract to a Vendor capable of meeting the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP.

Resulting Contract Term: Project will commence in Fall of 2026 with substantial completion by November 30, 2026. Painting to be completed by Spring of 2027 depending on weather. Estimated project start and duration will be confirmed with possible contractors.
