The requirement will be sole sourced to Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC, 4165 Brunswick Rd Bartlett, TN 38133-2136. Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC will provide Emergency Abatement and Reheat System Repairs. Due to the urgent nature of this requirement , this service will be Sole Sourced to Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 562910 and has a size standard of $20M (exception) for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00 am CST, August 22, 2025 to: diane.ziegler@@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
