Proton Beam Therapy Services

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Health Shared Services Provincial Health Corporation (“HSS”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the following services: Provision of Proton Beam Therapy services, including responsibility for the equipment, facility, staff and all supporting infrastructure, licensing, and regulatory compliance involved.

All questions are to be directed to the AHS Point of Contact in writing. The communications section of the process document will provide more detail and may include a form for submission of questions.

The purpose of the Proponents’ Conference will be to give prospective Proponents the opportunity to have HSS provide clarifying information by way of answering questions in order for Proponents to gain a further understanding of RFP requirements and objectives prior to submission of Proposals. Prospective Proponents should indicate and confirm their attendance by email notification to the HSS Contact to aileen.lai@hssab.ca / CC’d to CPSM.COE@hssab.ca a minimum of two (2) Business Days in advance of the date for the Proponents’ Conference shown in the above timetable.
