APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Government requires minor construction and facility restoration services for Building 4401 at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The requirement includes the demolition of existing tile and concrete flooring, wet-saw cutting of 205 linear feet of concrete, and trench excavation. This provides access to replace a failing cast iron main drain line and branch lines with new Schedule 40 PVC. Subsequent architectural restoration includes repouring the concrete subfloor, applying floor leveling thinset, and installing approximately 2,000 square feet of ceramic tile in a patterned design. The period of performance is 10 weeks (70 calendar days).
