The Contractor will bid two Adjustment Factors to be applied to the Unit Prices.
One Adjustment Factor for performing work during Normal Working Hours and a second Adjustment Factor for performing work during Other Than Normal Working Hours. The same two Adjustment Factors shall apply to every Pre-priced Task in the Unit Price List. Three (3) Contracts will be individually awarded to the three (3) lowest, responsive, responsible bidders.
