|
Submissions clearly marked "COR7397 - Transit Digital Real Time Arrival Signs”, in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca, no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on February 12, 2026
This solicitation describes that Regina Transit is seeking proposals for real-time arrival signs to be installed at Regina bus stops. These signs will provide convenient real-time arrival times, display service disruptions and the status of the current service. This will enhance overall customer experience through reduced wait times, service information sharing and will help customers plan their trip. These signs will also reduce the need to call the Transit Rideline, or reference Transitive for next bus arrival information, creating efficiencies for customers and reducing the number of arrival time calls and inquiries to transit staff. These signs will increase the accessibility of the bus stop through enhanced accessibility options like size of text, anti glare and a text to talk button. Overall the real-time digital arrival signs will improve customer satisfaction and make navigating public transit easier for new and existing customers
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
