Solicitation Summary
The St. Mary’s County Health Department Local Behavioral Health Authority (SMCHD LBHA) is issuing this RFP 27-02 to contract with a qualified provider or provider(s) to deliver an In-Home Intervention Program for Children to St. Mary’s County, Charles County and Calvert County (Local LBHA Units).

Cover page (Attachment 2) shall be submitted as page one of both the Technical Proposal and Pricing Proposal.
