1412207679 (ITN) Hydrated Ash Hauling and Disposal

The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide hydrated ash hauling and disposal as described in this solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

The operation of JEA’s Northside Generating Station (NGS) results in the production of certain byproducts, including hydrated ash. JEA seeks a turnkey solution for hauling, compliance, and disposal services. The JEA byproduct storage area is located at 4433 William Ostner Road, Jacksonville, FL 32226.

A more detailed description of the Work is provided in the Technical Specifications included as an Exhibit to this Solicitation.
