The GoMed Project is a comprehensive, advanced mobility program that involves the deployment of emergent technologies to create safer and more efficient ways for people to travel to, from, and within the Las Vegas Medical District (LVMD). The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is soliciting bids from qualified Bidders for the required bus stop improvements, outlined in the plans and specifications, that include but are not limited to electrical & communication infrastructure, shelter pad construction, shelter branding, modifications/upgrades and installations
at predetermined bus stop locations.

This project is federally funded. The RTC's contract goal is stated in the Instruction Solicitation Document. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the Bid response and document submission.

1% Percent Listing - Within two (2) hours after the completion of the opening of the bids, the general contractors that submitted the three lowest bids must submit a list of the name of each subcontractor that will provide labor or a portion of the work to the contractor for which the subcontractor will be paid in an amount exceeding one percent of the prime contractor’s total bid or $50,000, whichever is greater, and the license number issued to the subcontractor, pursuant to Chapter 624 of NRS.
