Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Concord Township for BEAVER VALLEY PARK until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 26th day of November 2024.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Questions may be asked through the PennBIDTM system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, November 22, 2024.
This contract includes the installation of asphalt parking lot and driveway; asphalt walkway; roadway widening, median, and crosswalk; concrete sidewalk; wooden pavilion; playground site preparation; and associated earthwork and landscaping.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
