Wilton Pedestrian Infrastructure and Property Study: 2025

The Department of Economic and Community Development is soliciting proposals from entities to assess the viability and options to provide pedestrian infrastructure around Route 7 in Wilton to connect into the surrounding neighborhoods and facilitate bike and walking access connecting Route 7 across the Norwalk River, train tracks more directly to residential neighborhoods. Primary functions of the selected entity will be to: select consultants and/or entities who are subject matter experts through an RFQ (request for qualifications) process, oversee the analysis, and produce the report.
