Project Description: The purpose of this project is to provide water & sewer service lines to selected residences in Kotzebue, Alaska. Work shall be completed as stated in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all work required by the project specifications and as shown on the project drawings.
