Description:
The purpose of this modification is to increase the VBA International Medical Disability Examination (MDE) multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract ceiling by 135.5% from 153,444 exams to 364,408 exams.
This ceiling increase represents the total ceiling for International MDEs across all International MDE contracts.
The IDIQ Period of Performance is 04/01/2022 – 09/30/2028 inclusive of all options.
The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only on responsible source, will be made available within 14 days of contract award IAW FAR 6.305(a)
