Laboratory Services 0125

East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is soliciting proposals from qualified laboratory or laboratories to conduct as-needed analyses of environmental samples to support is laboratory operations.

Proposer(s) must be certified by the California State Water Resources Control Board's Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) or the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP).

EBMUD intends to award a two (2)-year contract, with three (3) one-year renewal options, to the Proposer(s) who best meet its requirements.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025. Completed proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Jessica Allard ( jessica.allard@ebmud.com )*. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted.

*The District's email has limitations on attachment size. Make sure your response is less than 25 megabytes. If the file exceeds the limit, you will need to send multiple emails. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the proposals. The District shall not be responsible for any issues related to transfer of files through email. You may email jessica.allard@ebmud.com to check receipt of the proposal; a confirmation should be provided via email within 24 hours of receipt.
