The Plainfield Board of Selectmen is looking to purchase, by sealed bids, the following new vehicle: A New 2025 Chevy Trax with 137-hp turbocharged 1.2-liter inline-three cylinder engine, a six-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive. For additional information contact The Town of Plainfield Assessor – Mary Ellen Hall at 860-230-3001. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked “Assessor Vehicle Bid” on the outside of the envelope. Bids may be hand delivered to the Town Finance Office located at the Town of Plainfield 8 Community Ave, Plainfield CT 06374 by no later than 11:00am on Wednesday July 30th 2025. Bids may be mailed to the Town of Plainfield , 8 Community Ave, Plainfield CT 06374. The bids will opened on Wednesday July 30th at 11am by the Finance director. The Town of Plainfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
