Description
The project consists of demolition of the building and slab located at 117 E. Solomon Street in Griffin, Georgia. The project includes all work shown on the drawings and specifications to include, but not be limited to, the following items:
¿ Removal of the existing windows including storefront at the façade.
¿ Removal and disposal of existing materials and artifacts from the first and second floors of the building
¿ Temporary bracing as required for hazardous materials abatement
¿ Hazardous materials abatement as identified in Environmental Services Report
¿ Removal of interior debris on the first and second floors of the building.
¿ Bracing the masonry demising walls during the demolition of the interior construction, with the bracing designed to remain in place for future new construction.
