The South Central Regional Council of Governments (“SCRCOG”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Municipal Shared Services Study involving all fifteen municipalities within its region. The selected firm will assess existing collaborations and identify opportunities for enhanced inter-municipal collaboration. Areas of expertise may include, but are not limited to: municipal operations, public administration, intergovernmental service delivery, GIS & mapping, and community engagement.
