The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of hotel amenities and accommodations services in Fairbanks, Alaska, USA. The hotel, or hotels, must be within ten (10) miles, by road, from Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks. Alaska.

Contract Term: January 29, 2026 – February 24, 2026

Number of Contracts: May be multiple depending on availability (priority for single establishment providing all rooms).

Basis of Selection: Lowest evaluated price meeting mandatory technical criteria.

Priority ranking:

1. All accommodations in one hotel (lowest cost).

2. Accommodations split across two hotels (lowest cost).

3. Partial offers providing at least 50% of required rooms in one establishment.

4. Other partial offers until requirement is fulfilled.

None – no security clearance required.

Submission Method: Open Bidding on Canada Buys.

Closing Date/Time: As indicated on page 1 of solicitation (Offerors must check).

Validity Period: 60 days minimum from closing.

Must have legal capacity to contract.

Basis of Payment: Fixed price (USD).
