The Town of Wrentham, Massachusetts, will be accepting bids for the implementation of Well 3R. The work includes installing the submersible pump, motor, and pitless adapter at Well 3R, cutting and capping existing water mains within Franklin Street (State Route 140), and installing 12-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch raw and finished ductile iron water main, as well as valves, hydrants, road surface restoration, and all necessary and incidental appurtenances necessary to complete the water main installation and implementation of Well 3R. Furthermore, work includes process mechanical piping and appurtenances at the existing Well Station 3, electrical systems, HVAC systems, safety systems, generator, propane tank, and plumbing piping.

Wage rates for this project are subject to the minimum wage rates per M.G.L., Ch. 149, and Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. The Town of Wrentham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
