LEED Commissioning Services for Mustang Park Indoor Multi-Generational Community Center and Aquatic Facility Project

The City of Irving is in the process of designing a new Multi-Generational Community Center and Aquatic Facility to be located in Mustang Park at 2223 Kinwest Drive. The City is planning to pursue a LEED Certified rating for this project. To facilitate LEED Certification, the City is advertising to hire a Commissioning Authority to oversee Commissioning services associated with the design and construction of the new Community Center and Aquatic Facility Project.

There will be no pre-submittal conference in conjunction with this RFP.
