FOR CITY OF WEST DES MOINES, IOWA

Electronically submitted Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at https://wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 30, 2026, for the following described public improvement project:

There will be a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on Monday September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., CDT in the Council Chambers located at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265.
Requests for Clarifications or inquiries that arise regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to the City of West Des Moines’ Architect, Farnsworth Group, Inc., Attn: Kristofer J. Orth, AIA, Architecture Principal, at email: korth@f-w.com, no later than 2:00 p.m., CDT, Friday September 18, 2026.
