2025.0396, City RFQ & RFP - Construction Manager at Risk Services for South School Upper & Lower Schools RFQ/RFP Opening: June 5, 2025 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: May 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Meet at the Lower School Site, located at 83 Lockwood Ave, Stamford CT 06902. Project Manager: Danile DeBoo, Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
