C5612630-D, Forklift and Pallet Jack Equipment Services

This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Maintenance, Inspection, Calibration, and Repair Services for Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Lifts, Balers, and/or other equivalent equipment. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the applicable rate(s) specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified on
Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.
