NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)
This requirement is for the Department of National Defence.
Description of the Requirement:
This solicitation of offers is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) [the "Client'] for the provision of HVAC system repair and upgrade for the Naval Engineering Training Structure (NETS) located at Canadian Force Base (CFB) Esquimalt, Work Point, Victoria, British Columbia.
Applicable Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract will be from Date of Contract to 31 March 2026.

Debriefings:
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the offer solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or via Video Conference.
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s).
