The State of Connecticut, represented by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS or the Department), is soliciting proposals from qualified independent organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor and/or Respondent) to provide Enhanced Recovery House services to individuals, which are defined as a safe and supportive living environment to individuals reintegrating back to the community from and/or awaiting admission to inpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment.
