ITB #25-1112 RENOVATIONS TO THE BASEBALL FIELD AT DANIEL HAND HIGH SCHOOL

The Town of Madison (hereinafter “Town”) and Madison Public Schools (hereinafter “MPS”) is seeking qualified contractor bids for Renovations to the Baseball Field at Daniel Hand High School, 286 Green Hill Road, Madison CT 06443. Work generally includes Synthetic turf replacement and conversion of an existing natural turf baseball field to synthetic turf. All Requests for Information (RFI) related to this ITB must be submitted via e-mail to whittaker.ben@madisonps.org no later than 12:00 noon, Monday May 19, 2025. Final Addenda shall be posted by Thursday May 22, 2025. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 14, 2025 at 12 Noon starting at the Town of Madison/ Madison Public Schools - Facilities Department, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT. Bids shall be received no later than 1:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
