Project Description: On behalf of Pasco County, Florida (the “County”), PFM Financial Advisors, LLC (“PFM”) is seeking Proposals to assist the County in its proposed issuance of the Solid Waste Disposal and Resource Recovery System Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 (the “2026 Bonds”). The 2026 Bonds will be issued to fund a portion of the waste-to-energy facility project and pay costs of issuance related to the 2026 Bonds.
