The Town of Granby is seeking to sell two (2) Town-owned properties located at 83 Salmon Brook Street and 603 Cider Lane. The starting bid for 83 Salmon Brook Street is $225,000 and the starting bid for 603 Cider Lane is $55,500. Respondents may submit offers for one or both properties. Offers should include the amount being offered and the intended use of the property. The Town, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to negotiate the price, terms and conditions of any offers. The Town also reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers. Detailed information including property descriptions are included in the attached document.
