Architect-Engineering (A-E) Geotechnical Related Services Primarily for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Western Region of Northwestern Division (NWD)

Intent to Consolidate Notice

In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, the Government intends to consolidate requirements for a firm-fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contract (MATOC) for Architect-Engineering (A-E) geotechnical-related services

primarily for large-scale, civil works project sites (e.g., dams, levees, etc.) and secondarily for larger or complex military and International and Interagency Services (IIS). The consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would substantially exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. The determination that consolidation is necessary and justified will be published prior to or with the issuance of the synopsis of the requirement.
