Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified proponents (Proponent(s) or Concessionaire(s)) by the City of Atlanta (City) on behalf of its Department of Aviation (DOA) seeks to procure a Concessions Lease Agreement for the construction, fit and finish, operation, maintenance, and management of six (6) food and beverage (individually and collectively referred to herein as the Leased Premises) on Concourses Atrium, A, T and D, totaling 7410 square feet and as further described in this Exhibit A.
