Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain specialty financial examination and auditing consulting services.

The MIA intends to make up to ten (10) contract awards – one (1) primary contract and, at the discretion of the  MIA, (1) backup contract for each of the following five (5) functional areas: Actuarial Services Property & Casualty; Reinsurance Services; Information Technology Services (IT), Actuarial Services Life & Health; and Investment Services. Selected Contractor(s) shall be able to provide services in one or more of the five (5) primary functional areas . See RFP Section 6.5 Selection Procedures for more Contract award information.
